The next major Ecwid version, which is under development now is always publicly available on our test server: mydev.ecwid.com You can use this server to test new Ecwid features and check how your custom integrations or CSS themes work with the next version. The test Ecwid server is upgraded daily, so it always includes all latest untested code changes made by our team.
Important notes
- The "mydev" test server and the live Ecwid have completely different databases. It means that you cannot log in with your live account to the test Ecwid server and vice versa. It has different integration codes as well.
- It isn't possible to move your live account to a test server. It is impossible to move your test account to a live server either.
- "mydev.ecwid.com" server is our test server and it is used by our QA and dev team very actively. It means that sometimes this demo server will not work (if we update it or change something) or work slowly (if our QA team does some highload tests)
- The test server may contain unstable and unfinished features. So if some new feature doesn't work properly on "mydev.ecwid.com", it may mean that the feature isn't implemented yet completely.
- Please DO NOT use the demo servers to create a live store.
How to use our test server: just get a new account at: mydev.ecwid.com/cp/ and use its integration code to display your test Ecwid store.
